Off to sunny LA for meetings. Once again going for 4 days! Really not looking forward to the jetlag on the way back...

Had a nice morning session at Sarm Studios, then lunch with a friend. Now back to my studio to rot.

Just got back from seeing The Fighter. Brilliant film, go and see it immediately. Christian Bale might just be the new Daniel Day-Lewis!

It's a lovely feeling to sit in the studio and make songs and music that I know I'll never have to perform!

Just got back from New York. Watched half of Due Date, ate a disgusting pasta dish and snored for 4 hours.

Had a great day in New York writing with @SAMUELSAMUEL the singer of "I heart New York". Very nice guy and a great writer. Now in the hotel.

So arrived in Cannes after paying £160 excess baggage for my keyboard, which Easyjet completely destroyed. It's broken and unplayable!

Just went to a rehearsal studio near where I live. It was cheap, £100 cheaper than the usual one, but dark, damp, depressing and lonely.

Back in the studio at 9 this morning to do backing vocals for @juanes Now back to rehearsing for Midem until my fingers bleed!
