3 people meet in a room and shake hands. How many handshakes take place???
My ears are ringing like mad. I've literally been on the phone since I got up this morning. I believe they call it Tinnitus.

Watching Dragons Den with Carla. Quite tired after an eventful day of shopping and gardening centres. Pathetic.
Nothing stranger than a bank holiday. I'm almost convinced that it's a sunday still.
Went to a petting zoo in Hertfordshire. Nothing more disconcerting than seeing a duck's vagina for the first time.
Had a lovely evening last night at my writing partner Andy Murray's wedding. I sang "you've got a friend in me" for the bride.

Just had to watch a video of how to iron a shirt on youtube. Please don't judge me.

Dinner for Schmucks was truly hilarious! Loved every minute of it. Haven't got sick of Zach Galifianakis yet either, which is impressive.
In the cinema at an advanced screening of "Dinner for Schmucks". Very excited! Anyone seen it?
And it all falls down again. Ridiculous unnecessary loss today, those 3 points will matter at the end of the season.

Not long until the annoying Coke advert is on, "Holidays are coming" etc. Tis never the season to be jolly Santa, and get out of my chimney.
"I thought I knew myself, didn't know that I would change. My reflection shows another man, but our faces are the same" Born to be the King.
I really hate flying and most of all the take-off and landing. So this scares the living crap out of me http://ping.fm/JE9oB

Reading a lot about pay per click marketing. What a boring boring subject. I much prefer children's literature.
Apparently there are cats being genetically engineered so that people with cat allergies won't sneeze whilst stroking them.
Anyone been to Blockbusters recently? They have now made blu-rays more expensive than dvd's. Ridiculous decision.
Here we go!!!! I can't believe I'm watching a Champions League draw and my team is in it. Unreal coys spurs
I'm off to the gym, with a laptop. I bought an ipad so I could use it on the bike, but there's no Flash so what's the bloody point.
Was almost certain that I just saw Peter Cook in Neasden, mindlessly ignoring the fact that he's been dead for 15 years.
How art thou my friends? Today I am compiling my publishing list. Every song I've written along with song splits and notes. Muchos boring.

Just got back from watching the mighty mighty Spurs. What a great game, finally going on a European tour!
Just got back from watching the mighty mighty Spurs. What a great game, finally going on a European tour!
Just watched the X-Factor again. The autotune is embarrassing. I actually can't believe they thought no one would notice. Pathetic.
My mate Matt Clifford filming Mick Jagger from new band the Rolling Stones (they're gonna be big, watch this space!) http://ping.fm/93swz

Swollen glands are making me nervous as I am the worlds leading hypochondriac. I'm on first name terms with my NHS doctor. Never good.
Another Dragons Den, the wand remote was the best. Although I got one at Christmas and it was crap.

Played golf today, 3 over par on the 1st hole, tee'd off on the 2nd and gave up immediately, way too frustrated. Had a yogurt to calm down.

Un petite update.

So, I thought I'd let you all know what's going on with me at the moment. I'm currently spending a lot of my time practicing the piano. I've always played bits and pieces, I've had enough ability to get by and certainly enough to aid my writing. It's only been recently when faced with the prospect of having to do a gig on my lonesome that I've realised it might be time to get some hours in. A couple of weeks ago I drove all the way to Milton Keynes to pick up my new keyboard. Korg very generously gave me an endorsement, which allowed me to buy my stunning new SV-1 keyboard. My fingers are literally hurting, one of them is potentially fractured. At the same time, I've been dealing with a great new marketing team called Sunshine HQ. They have just set up a brilliant new store section for my website, it will hopefully be up in the next couple of weeks. I am also finalising the design for my album cover with the young freelance designer Alex Woodcock. Expect some new videos in the next couple of weeks, I'm about to start filming myself doing some really cool covers and performances of my own material. Until then, take care peeps. x
Gallas! What a strange purchase. Really hope we sign a striker before the window closes.
http://ping.fm/4wPhO GIANT RATS!!!!!!!! RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!!!!!!!
Had a great day in Camden today. I went into the market and found an upright piano covered in sheet music. It looked amazing!
In the ever weird and wonderful Camden for a meeting with Syllabus Music!

Brand new Video Blogs on my youtube page

View the Article: http://www.samroman.co.uk/news/samromanreleasesnewvideoblogs-55.htm

So I decided the other day to start posting up some video blogs on my youtube page.

I hadn't done these videos before but I thought I'd give it a go, how hard could it be just talking into a camera?

The first of these 2 latest vlogs features me and some friend going to a Beer festival in town. I'm not a massive fan of beer as you will be able to tell from my sampling in the video.

The second vlog features me showing off my collection of Harry Potter first editions. I have been a massive massive fan of Harry Potter for many years and decided to start collecting some books as an investment. Sadly I don't really think I'll ever be able to sell them, or for that matter touch them again. They sit quietly in a glass bookcase in my room, I just like knowing that I own them.

So I hope you enjoy the vlogs and if you have an account, then make sure that you subscribe for updates of my next vlog.

Ta,
